This Terms of Service describes how you may use the game service, website and related materials of MetaUkraine GTA. The authoritative Ukrainian version is published on this site; this English text is a summary for convenience.
1. Definitions
User — a natural person who uses the site or game. Game / Service — the online multiplayer MetaUkraine GTA, including client, server components and updates. Account — your registered profile (login and password). Materials — the site, game, software, art, audio, video, branding and other intellectual property of the rights holder.
2. General
By registering or using the service you accept these terms and the in-game rules. Access requires an internet connection; you are responsible for your hardware and connectivity costs. Accounts and in-game property remain with the rights holder and are not objects of sale between players outside the mechanisms provided by the project.
You must provide accurate registration data, keep your password confidential and notify support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3. Rights and obligations
Rights of the rights holder
The rights holder may change the site or game, moderate or remove content, restrict functionality for technical or legal reasons, send service and promotional messages where permitted, and take action against accounts that violate the rules.
Your obligations
You must follow these terms, the privacy policy and the game rules. You must not cheat, exploit bugs, sell accounts or in-game value for real money outside approved channels, attack the infrastructure, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or post unlawful, hateful, violent, pornographic (especially involving minors), fraudulent or malware-related content.
4. Donations
Voluntary donations may grant in-game benefits as described in the store. Donations do not create a claim against the rights holder if an account is restricted for violations.
5. Account termination
Accounts may be blocked or removed for false information, breaches of these terms or the game rules, long inactivity as described in the full policy, or other grounds stated in the Ukrainian version.
6. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. The rights holder is not liable for outages, data loss, damage to devices or actions taken using a compromised account. You indemnify the rights holder against losses caused by your breach of law or these terms.
